Everyone knows about Mother’s Day. But did you know that nearly every day is one for action and reflection? Partly for serious reasons and partly because you cannot help grinning. On Sunday is Simplicity Day. A day to be ridiculed? Maybe at first sight. But why do books such as ‘Simplify Your Life’ make it into the bestseller list? Why do pool facilities have a minimalist design? Why is there increasing desire for ‘just relaxing’ and being at one with the element water?   The more complex the world becomes, the greater the demand for ‘simple’ products and services.
